All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. __________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 003: The purpose of Amendment 003 is to answer the following questions from Industry - Q: What does the 'Certificate of Analysis' Contract Date Requirements List (CDRL) require? A: Certificate of Analysis is a receipt of chemical breakdown from the supplier of the material used in the part. Per provided attachment 'RIR_QAP_W03975', raw material must be in accordance with (IAW) Note 8 of drawing no. 6878811. Q: What other countries outside of the United States qualify as Domestic Sourcing? A: Domestic Sourcing can be from the United States or any qualifying country as clarified in DFARS Part 225. As a result, the closing date and time of the solicitation is extended to Monday, February 6th, 2023 at 3pm EST. VIR_W03975 NOTES: Drawings: The drawing associated with this requirement is labeled Distribution D, which means distribution is authorized to the DOD and U.S. DOD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification.
