The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Type purchase order to Lockheed Martin on a Sole Source basis in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b). Lockheed Martin is the only known source that can provide the DPS services in Attachment #2 Statement of Work. Please see Attachment #1 Sole Source Justification.
