Work includes removal of existing doors and selectively demolish finishes; provision of new foam insulation in existing walls, provision of a new acoustical door, provision of new carpet tiles and acoustical ceiling tiles, minor modification to existing ductwork, minor modification of existing electrical utilities, patching of drywall, and painting; and incidental related work.
