This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-22-Q-0532. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase engineering services is to obtain personnel and equipment support for at sea data collection of deep sea biology (the deep scattering layer), in accordance with the Statement of Work. This requirement is solicited on a firm fixed price, sole source basis from the University of Rhode Island, as follows: CLIN# 0001 Description: One (1) year period of services to, in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance: Date of Award through 12 months thereafter Quantity: 1 Year The University of Rhode Island (URI), Kingston, RI, is the only known source for these services. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source, unrestricted requirement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT O?ice of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The Small Business Size Standard is $16.5M. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI.
