The s... PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13), the Pre-solicitation Synopsis for this requirement is waived. The solicitation, N66604-21-Q-0749, is released and attached. This announcement will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for test, evaluation, and repair of Pressure Switches and Dual Differential Pressure Transducers. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to Omega Engineering, Incorporated (CAGE Code 09AL6) in accordance with the attached Sole Source Justification, and as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541330; the size standard is $16.5 million. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Please see the attached solicitation document for terms and conditions. Offeror shall complete RFQ Attachment 1 – Section B Pricing Table and include with its response. Responses to the attached solicitation N66604-21-Q-0749 must be received by 2:00 PM EST on September 16, 2021.
