This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) Number is N66604-21-Q-0467. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on an unrestricted basis using FAR 13 procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541715. The Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. NUWCDIVNPT requires marine mammal surveys, telemetry tagging, biopsy darting, and data analysis services in accordance with the Statement of Work, Attachment 1. Offerors shall submit offers in accordance with Attachment 2, Section L. The Government will award a FFP purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. Award will be made to the responsible Offeror meeting all requirements of the solicitation and whose proposal is the lowest priced.
