Amendment 0002 provides Question and Answers #1-10 as well as site visit log and interested flooring subcontractor list. Amendment 0001 provides for an additional but identical site vist for 2:00 PM ET Wednesday 26 May 2021. See RFQ for visitor request instructions. Advance registration required. Project includes removal and salvage of a door, door frame, and door hardware; removal of wall base; salvaging of carpeting; minor modifications to a steel stud and gypsum board partition; reinstallation of door, door frame, and door hardware; provision of a raised floor system; provision of modular floor receptacles; painting; and incidental related work. Building is a two-story masonry and steel frame structure. It houses offices and computer laboratories. This project will outfit a recently renovated office suite with an access floor system. The access floor system will give future occupants of the room flexibility with the locations of their systems furniture and computer equipment. It will also allow the room to quickly be converted into a conference room for large meetings.
