This requirement will be awarded to the Offeror with the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable, the Offeror must: Provide a Firm Fixed Price for each line item (0001 & 0002) unit and total price, as set forth in Section B of this solicitation, in the quantities listed; Provide a delivery schedule for each Line Item; Comply with Instructions to Offerors set forth in Section L of this solicitation. The Government will evaluate the Offeror's detailed list of the manufacturing equipment they will use to machine the transition bases in accordance with drawing 06793505, and the capability statement to see if the Offeror has described how they will support the use of the equipment to show their capability of performing the required work in accordance with the Government drawings; and Provide any past history of work performed with Beryllium Copper to include details of the parts that were made and the quantity of each part, or a statement of no past history or prior work performed with Beryllium Copper. The Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000, where negative information within Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. The Offeror must also comply with the NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assesment Score requirement, and must have their assessment score results in the SPRS website. Noncomplying quotes may be considered Technically Unacceptable and may not be considered for award.
