This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0139. This Request for Quotation is being solicited as unrestricted, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334419. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Ametek SCP, Inc. for the following: CLIN 0001 Four (4) each of AMETEK Cable Assembly, P/N CA11641 with the following modifications: (1) Built to a length of 150 feet; (2) Internal EMI shielding below the molded rubber to mitigate signal interference; (3) One end will contains an A-cable connector and the other end B-Cable connector; and (4) AMETEK SCP warranty support. Ametek SCP is the only known source and are the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of these cable assemblies. F.O.B Destination is Newport, RI 02841. The offeror shall specify the delivery lead time in the quote. Offerors must include shipping costs, if applicable. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of DO-C9, and Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Requirements do not apply to this requirement in accordance with FAR 39.204 (b).
