The Naval Undersea Warfare Center intends to issue a sole-source, firm fixed-price order to Newton Research Labs for a specific underwater encapsulated scanning laser velocimeter. The period of performance is from the date of award through September 10, 2021. Delivery is specified as F.O.B. Destination to Newport, RI.
