The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-21-Q-0064. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) requires the sole source purchase of Jane's Group Sea Module and Defence News Data Base licenses for 10 concurrent users. Jane’s Group is the only database provider that can provide access to current and authoritative open source information about the worlds naval and coast guard vessel equipment and technology, naval weapons, C4ISR and mission systems. Due to its copyright, it is the only provider that can provide access to publications such as Jane’s Fighting Ships, Defence Weekly, Jane’s Weapons: Naval, and Jane’s C4ISR & Mission Systems: Maritime. NUWCDIVNPT intends to purchase the aforementioned licenses on Firm Fixed Price Basis as detailed in Attachment (1). F.O.B. Destination: Newport, RI, 02841-1708.
