This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. This solicitation will be open for less than 30 Days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-20-R-0948. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) through 29 July 2024 for the purchase of propane, to be delivered to Government leased fuel tanks located at Detachment Dodge Pond, Niantic, CT. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 324110. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,500 employees. This procurement is being processed on a sole source basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). This a sole-source requirement to Suburban Propane. Please see attached sole-source justification for details. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement in the future.
