Amendment 0011: The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following industry question: Q: With the issuance of the conformed copy of the RFP, can offerors just sign the conformed copy and add the amendments on the cover page or do we have to sign and submit every amendment? A: Signing the conformed version of the solicitation is acceptable. Amendment 0012: The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following industry question: Q: Are you able to confirm that upon award of CLINS 1-3 the delivery order will specify the dash number being needed by Nuwc and the qty being requested is not made up of the entire group called out in SOW? For example , for CLIN 1 qty 1 being a set of 12 cables. If you could confirm it is not be to quoted in lots in would be appreciated. A: The Government will place a delivery order against a CLIN listed in section B and will order a quantity of cable assemblies required in accordance with the stepladder pricing tables in section B for the CLIN being ordered. This is a synopsis for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 5.204 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for build-to-print Copper Cable Assemblies. It is anticipated to award a single or multipleFirm Fixed Price (FFP) five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts for the complete cable assemblies. This procurement is solicited as unrestricted as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334511. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. A draft Statement of Work and the drawing package are included with this synopsis. The drawings are Distribution D which means distribution is authorized to the DoD and U.S. DoD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the specifications. To obtain a copy of the drawings, offerors active JCP certifications must be reflected in beta.SAM.gov. The anticipated release date of RFP#: N66604-20-R-0322 is expected to be on or about 25 February 2020. The anticipated source selection evaluation criteria will be Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the RFQ.
