This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being 25requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-20-Q-8420. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to renew software licenses for 25 unique users of the software application GNAT Pro Enterprise Ada Environment, along with software upgrade and support services on a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source basis from ADA Core Technologies. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI. 02841. The Period of Performance is 29 June 2020 through 28 June 2021. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis to ADA Core Technologies as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 511210. The Small Business Size Standard is $41.5 million dollars. ADA Core Technolgies is the sole provider of the GNAT Pro ADA development environment. The software support, including all maintenance renewal licenses, is proprietary to ADA Core and there are no authorized resellers. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through most recent Federal Acquisition Circular. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies. FAR 52.212-4 "Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items," 52.212-5 "Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items," 52.209-11 "Representation by Corporations Regarding Delinquent Tax also apply to this solicitation."
