This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-20-Q-8392. Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to procure a High Sampling-Rate Data Acquisition System Dewetron DEWE3-M4, on a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Basis, as follows: CLIN: Description/Title Quantity 0001 Dewetron High Sampling Rate 1 each Portable Data Acquisition System (DAQ) Part #: DEWE3-M4 0002 8 Channel Universal Input Module 2 each Part #: TRION3-1850-MULTI-8-L0B 0003 High Quality Cable, Lemo 0B 16 each Part #: TRION-CBL-L0B9-OE-01-00 0004 Factory New Calibration 2 each Part #: CAL-TRION-8CH-US-NEW 0005 Shipping 1 each Dewetron Inc. (East Greenwich, RI; CAGE Code: 1LZX9) is the only known source for the high sampling rate data acquisition system (DAQ) DEWE3-M4. Dewetron Inc. is the sole owner and original equipment manufacturer of the DEWE3-M4. Therefore, the DEWE3-M4 DAQ, along with cables, input module, and factory calibration can only be obtained through Dewetron Inc. Delivery 8 weeks ARO, F.O.B. Destination to Newport, RI 02841. This requirement is being solicited as Sole Source under North American Industry Standard Classification System (NAICS) Code 334513 as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The applicable size standard is 750 employees. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2020-07. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. In accordance with DFARS Clause 252.211-7003, the Contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UIID) for all delivered items for which the unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more. The Government's preferred payment method is via Electronic Payment through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Defense Priorities and Allocations System ("DPAS") rating of DO-C9 applies A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Offeror shall include price, shipping costs, and the following additional information with the submissions: point of contact (including phone number and email address), Contractor CAGE Code, and Contractor DUNS number.
