This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-20-Q-8378. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) requires the sole source purchase of TI14 Ship Set Media Solid State Drives (SSDs) from Memkor, Inc of Phoenix, Arizona. The required hardware is part of the AN/BYG-1 (V)8 Combat System and Memkor, Inc.’s proprietary Solid State Drive (SSD) is to assembled baseline specifications, which were approved under a previous Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Keyport (NUWCKPT) contract. There are is no approved alternative hardware for this requirement. This procurement is intended as a sole source requirement and will be solicited on an unrestricted basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334112. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Offerors shall quote new condition items, including delivery costs, for CLIN 0001. All quotes shall be accompanied by complete technical specifications demonstrating that the products meet all Government minimum requirements. F.O.B. Destination: Newport, RI, 02841-1708. The Government's preferred payment method is via credit card. If UID applies, payment will be via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The Government has determined that there is an exception to Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Section 508 requirements.
