The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase Cushioning Pads on a sole source basis to Elantas Pdg, Inc. a large business, The following Cushing Pad Part Numbers are required: P/N JCM-14043-001 (QTY 120 Each) P/N JCM-14044-001 (QTY 50 Each) P/N JCM-14045-001 (QTY 60 Each) Shipping: (QTY 1 Job) on a Firm-Fixed-Price basis. This procurement is solicited on an unrestricted basis, intended as a sole source requirement, as concurred with by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 325211 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) the requirement for synopsis has been waived. The solicitation, N66604-20-Q-8113, is released and is attached as part of this notice.
