NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to Systems Planning & Analysis, Inc. (SPA) for Subsea/Seabed Warfare (SSW) Analysis as specified on the attached Sole Source Justification in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs). The CLIN structure and anticipated period of performance is as follows: CLIN 0001: Subsea/Seabed Warfare (SSW) Analysis; Anticipated POP: 8/03/2020 – 8/02/2021 This requirement is unrestricted as concurred with by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541330 and the large business size standard is $16,500,000.00. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9.
