This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation will be open for less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-20-Q-0738. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334515. The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for a Keysight Technologies product on a Brand Name basis, no substitutions allowed, as specified in the attached Brand Name Specification. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following Keysight Technologies product: CLIN 0001, Keysight Technologies, Inc., P/N M9217A, PXIe Isolated Digitizer, 2- channels, 16-bit, +/_ 256V, 32Msa/Ch Memory; three (3) each F.O.B. Destination: Newport, RI, 02841-1708. The required delivery date is four (4) weeks after receipt of order (ARO), or sooner. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular.
