The solicitation, N66604-20-Q-0105, is released and is attached as a part of this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to ZENTECH (CAGE Code: 9T536) for the following: CLIN 0001: OK-542 Gated Buffer Printed Wire Board Assembly, Quantity: 15, EACH. CLIN 0002: DATA Associated with CLIN 0001, Quantity: 1, LOT (NSP). ZENTECH (formerly known as Colonial Assembly & Design) has manufactured the OK- 542 TLTAHE GBPWB Assemblies (system part number: 53X-06-022) for the U.S. Navy since 2002. There are two drawings that together provide the necessary specification to build the required Gated Buffer. The U.S. Navy owns the proprietary rights to one of the required drawings. ZENTECH owns the proprietary rights to and maintains configuration control of the second required drawing. As such, this procurement can only be met by ZENTECH. Therefore, this requirement is intended to be awarded to ZENTECH on a sole source basis.
