The purpose of Amendment 0002 is as follows: Revise Factor 1 - Technical Capability and Factor 2 - Past Performance Evaluation Criteria, and add Clause 252.246-7008 in the attached "Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Amendment 0002." Add an attachment with the list of preferred ISO 17025 certified labs titled, “Subcontractor Register of Calibration Provider.” Update the RFQ to correct an administrative error. The RFQ lists “ISO-17026 Calibration Services” and has been corrected to “ISO-17025 Calibration Services.” Answer the following questions from industry: QUESTION: Do you work with a specific freight forwarder? ANSWER: No, we do not work with a specific freight forwarde 2. QUESTION: Is NUWC exempt from paying import duty? ANSWER: All items must be shipped from within the United States. As a result, the solicitation closing date is extended from Friday, October 23rd, 2020 at 2PM EST to Tuesday, October 27th, 2020 at 2PM EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0001 is executed to remove CLINs 0002 and 0003 listed in the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Impedance Analyzers document. As a result, offerors shall provide quotes per the Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Amendment 0001 document, provided as an attachment to this amendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
