This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to procure Secret Server software licenses, on a Firm Fixed Price, Brand Name, no substitutions allowed, basis as follows: CLIN Item Description Qty 0001 Secret Server Installed - Perpetual License - Platinum - Tier 2 •- Part #: SS-PLT-25_99 •- Period of Performance Date of Award to 11 February 2020 60 0002 Secret Server Installed - Professional Services - Best Practice Remote •- Part #: SS-PSVCS-BSTPR1-RM •- Period of Performance Date of Award to 11 February 2020 1 F.O.B. Destination Newport, RI. 02841. All items must be delivered and invoiced to the Government by 27 September 2019. This requirement is being solicited as a total Small Business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 511210. The Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 million. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Office of Small Business Programs concurs with this determination. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable, (1) the offeror must provide the Brand Name items no substitutions allowed (see attached Brand Name Specification) in the specified quantities and (2) the Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable.
