This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quote (RFQ) number is N66604-19-Q-3005. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the following brand name only Dassault Systemes SIMULIA ABAQUS perpetual software licenses and one (1) year of ABAQUS software maintenance services. Brand name only items; no substitutions allowed, in accordance with the attached redacted Brand Name Specification. CLIN 0001: Dassault Systemes SIMULIA ABAQUS perpetual software licenses, P/N 5TP-QAT, Qty. 30/each CLIN 0002: Dassault Systemes SIMULIA ABAQUS 1 year of software maintenance and support, P/N 5TP-QAT, Qty. 30/each The items shall be delivered no later than three (3) days from the date of award of the purchase order or sooner. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 511210. The Small Business Size Standard is $38,000,000. This procurement is being competed as a full an open competition, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI - initial Electronic Distribution Only, with a subsequent updates delivered to Newport, RI. If no surcharges apply, the Government preferred payment method is via Government Purchase Card. Otherwise, payment will be made via Wide Area Workflow. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03.
