Quotations should include ALL costs (including shipping) in the total price. PLEASE NOTE: There will not be separate Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINS) for shipping and/or any additional costs. The purchase order shall contain 92 CLINs as noted in the table above. Any additional costs (i.e. shipping, UID costs) shall be incorporated into the unit price of the applicable item. This procurement is solicited on a competitive, brand name specific, 100% set aside for small business basis as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Program (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334310; the Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. This requirement will be awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote (lowest priced total quote, items will not be assessed on an individual cost basis). In order to be determined technically acceptable, the offeror must provide the following: (1) a quote including all of the part numbers and applicable quantities listed in the table above. No partial quotes will be accepted. (2) offerors shall provide brand name specific items required by this solicitation, no substitutions allowed, as specified in the attached Brand Name Specification. (3) Offerors must be authorized Extron and Polycom resellers and shall provide reseller status. The Government will verify reseller status with the manufacturer. The Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within PPIRS-SR (now known as Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS)) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply. Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. In accordance with DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation, if the unit prices proposed exceed $5,000 then UID tags will be required and payment will be via Invoice, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT, formerly known as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)).
