A member of industry asked which model was used in determining specifications. The specifications were based on an HP 650; brand name or equivalent is acceptable. Offerors must explicitly call out all salient characteristics. The quotes will be compared to the minimum specifications in the attachment to this combined synopsis/solicitation to determine technical acceptability.
