This procurement is being processed as a 100% Small Business Set Aside, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 332710. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. This is a re-solicitation of N66604-19-Q-0060, (Posted to FBO on 11 October 2018 and canceled 19 June 2019) in which the Government requirements would have resulted in the need for a Mill Run for the specific grade of Titanium. In addition, the Government now requires two (2) additional units of the 06829031 Rev. A Mod 1 for a total of five (5) units. NUWC Division Newport intends to purchase the following items on a Firm Fixed Price basis: CLIN Quantity Part Number/Drawing Description 0001 Two (2) 06829031, Rev A. Mod 1 FBG Antenna; Lower Base 0002 Three (3) 06829031, Rev A. Mod 1 FBG Antenna; Lower Base The above required items are to be manufactured and delivered in accordance with the applicable drawings and standards to be provided with the RFP, see the note below. Required delivery is no later than 14 Weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO). Early deliveries are acceptable. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. The anticipated release date of solicitation N66604-19-Q-2553 is 27 June 2019. NOTE: The technical specification drawings associated with this requirement are labeled Distribution D which means distribution is authorized to the DOD and US DOD contractors with a valid Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification. Only offerors with an active registration in JCP will be provided access to the technical specification drawings.
