The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport, RI intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, five year, multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for transcription services in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement will be processed using FAR Part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561492. The Small Business Size Standard is $15,000,000.00. This procurement is being solicited as 100% small business set aside as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office for Small Business Programs. Solicitation N66604-19-Q-2478 is anticipated to be released on or about 6 September 2019. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be established in the solicitation. Technical proposals are required. The Government intends to award to the eligible, responsible offeror(s) whose offer represents the best value, considering past performance, small business participation and technical factors. The specific evaluation criteria will be outlined in the solicitation. All timely offers will be considered.
