Dynamics ... Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to G.S.E. Dynamics Inc. (CAGE Code 29183). G.S.E. Dynamics is a small business under the relevant NAICS Code 334511. The Government intends to solicit in accordance with the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1); see attached Sole Source Justification. The Pre-Solicitation synopsis is being waived in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13). This requirement is an unrestricted, sole source procurement as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The NAICS Code is 334511; the size standard is 1,250 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
