This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-19-Q-1985. Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase a stainless steel VPT Facility Flood and Drain Tank (Source Control Drawing) P/N 18135-1 on a firm fixed price, sole source basis from Riggins Company, L.C. as follows: CLIN# Description Quantity 0001 Fabrication and delivery of Stainless Steel VPT LCSF Flood and Drain Tank, P/N 18135-1 1 each Riggins, Company, L.C. (Hampton, VA, CAGE Code: 1V968) is the only known source for this item. This requirement is being solicited as a sole source, unrestricted requirement under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332420, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The Small Business Size Standard is 750 employees. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport, Newport, RI. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies.
