This notice is being amended to change from Sole Source Justification to Brand Name Specification, and to extend the closing date to 24 June 2019. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-19-Q-1966. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to purchase the following items on a Firm-Fixed Price basis: (1) Amplifier Research P/N 50U1000, Medium-Power RF Amplifier with configuration F-N-F-N-E-R-U-A; one (1) each; (2) Amplifier Research P/N 1200A225, High-Power RF Amplifier with configuration R-N-R-716; one (1) each; and (3) Shipping Charge. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334220. Size standard is 1250 employees. The Government shipping method will be FOB Destination. Delivery is 7 weeks ARO. The Government has determined that this requirement does not include Electronic Information Technology (EIT), therefore, Section 508 requirements do not apply. In accordance with DFAR Clause 252.211-7003, the contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Government's unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more. If UID applies, payment will be via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. This requirement is for brand name items from authorized resellers only. No substitutions are allowed. New equipment only; No remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The Government intends to solicit in accordance with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circulars.
