This is a synopsis for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement for ten (10) Tow Point Unit, Case, Sensor, ten (10) Tow Point Unit, Cap, Sensor, ten (10) Tow Point Unit Sensors, Housing, Transducer, and fifty (50) P.W.B. Holders, in accordance with the following drawing numbers: •- 6879004 •- 6879005 •- 6879006 •- 53X-06-134 This procurement is being processed on a 100% small business set aside basis, as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 332710. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees. Silva (see contact information below) via e-mail from the POC listed in JCP, the Authorized Company Contact, as listed on the Joint Certification Program (JCP) website: https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/jcp/search.aspx The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. In accordance with DFAR Clause 252.211-7003 the contractor shall provide a unique item identifier (UID) for all delivered items for which the Governments unit acquisition cost is $5,000.00 or more. If UID applies, payment will be via wide area workflow (WAWF). If UID does not apply the Governments preferred payment method is via credit card. The anticipated release date of solicitation N66604-19-Q-1647 is on, or about, August 27, 2019. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be established in the Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the FBO.gov website. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from the website and for monitoring the site for any amendments.
