Amendment 0001 is issued to revise the delivery date to 12 weeks ADC. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. It is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitation to the internet. Solicitation N66604-19-Q-1463 is issued for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) has a requirement to manufacture and deliver 20 Each Locking Piston Rods in accordance with drawing #6878811 on a build to print, firm fixed price basis. This procurement will be solicited as 100% total small business set aside as concurred with by the NUWCDIVNPT Office of Small Business Program (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 332710. The Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the eligible, responsible offeror that represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer. In order to be determined technically acceptable: (1) the offeror must provide a quote that meets the requirements in accordance with drawing #6878811; (2) the offeror must meet the required delivery date; and (3) the Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000 where negative information within SPRS may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. Quote shall provide a Point Of Contact (including phone number and email address), Contractor CAGE code, and Contractor DUNS. Distribution D drawings are included in this FBO posting. Only Companies with Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certifications may access the drawing. Information about JCP certification may be accessed at http://www.dla.mil/HQ/InformationOperations/Offers/Products/LogisticsApplications/JCP.aspx. F.O.B. Destination Naval Station Newport; Newport, RI. Early delivery is acceptable. Offers must include all costs including shipping costs in quotes, if applicable. The Government's preferred method of payment is Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Section 508 is not applicable to this requirement. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available on the website. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the FBO.gov website.
