MathWorks retains all proprietary information and copyrights related to this software. It is critical that NUWCDIVNPT reinstate and continue to utilize the MatLab software suite in order to maintain interoperability with system infrastructure both internal to NUWCDIVNPT Technical Departments and external to customers and Government entities with which NUWCDIVNPT provides project and research and development support. Furthermore, MathWorks is the sole provider of any updates or technical support in North America for the MatLab suite. As such, MathWorks is the only source available that can provide the required reinstatement and annual maintenance support for the aforementioned licenses. While MathWorks works with resellers, the required reinstatement services are provided solely by MathWorks. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
