This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01. Request For Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-19-Q-0693. This requirement is small business set-aside as concurred with by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210 and the small business size standard is $38,500,000.00. NUWCDIVNPT intends to award a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order for Siemens PLM Software, Inc. maintenance renewal of NX I-DEAS, as follows: CLIN 0001: NX I-DEAS Software Maintenance Renewal Site 15009; Quantity: 1 CLIN 0002: NX I-DEAS Software Maintenance Renewal Site 31229 and 1106324; Quantity 2 The Software Maintenance's Period of Performance (PoP) shall be for one (1) year with coverage ending 01 December 2018. Delivery shall be FOB destination. Payment will be via Wide Area Workflow. This requirement will be awarded to the Offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) quote. In order to be determined technically acceptable, the Offeror must quote the item specified in accordance with the NX I-DEAS Software Maintenance Renewal Item list attached to this solicitation, in the required quantities. The Government will consider past performance information in accordance with DFARS Provision 252.213-7000, where negative information within Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) may render a quote being deemed technically unacceptable. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is DO-C9. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the websites.
