Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Enlighten Information Technology Consultants, LLC. The requirement is for a one-year subscription to Rapid Analytic Deployment and Management Framework (RADMF) with Big Data Platform (BDP) on Amazon GovCloud at a DoD Security Level 3-5 Authorization, and associated training. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 518210 and the size standard is $32.5M. Please be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for quote; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the agency.
