The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to award a sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement order to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation for SIBS Dual-Rack Shipsets for ECDIS. The Government intends to make the award in Fiscal Year 2025. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals, based on the justification that Northrop Grumman is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the requirement. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to the Government for consideration. Responses must be submitted in writing via email to the specified point of contact.
