The government intends to award a single-award IDIQ Job Order Contract set aside for SBA 8(a) Business Development Program participants to provide general construction services under NAICS 236220 for NIWC Pacific. Work will support government facilities within NIWC Pacific’s area of responsibility, including the San Diego metropolitan area, Naval Base Point Loma, Naval Base San Diego, and other designated locations. Task orders will cover minor new construction, maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, alteration, and renovation of real property requiring minimal design. Task orders will be priced using predetermined unit prices and the awardee’s proposed bid price coefficient. The anticipated ordering period is a 24-month base period plus one 36-month option period, for a potential total of 60 months, exercisable at the government’s discretion.
