The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific is soliciting white papers and proposals for research advancing C4ISR capabilities, information operations, cyberspace operations, and information technology systems. The effort seeks innovative approaches for defining and developing next-generation integratable C4ISR capabilities and command suites. Awards may be made as procurement contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, or other transactions under a Broad Agency Announcement.
