This request is for preliminary, non-binding pricing information only and is intended to support the Government?s determination on acquisition strategy and whether a Total Small Business Set-Aside is appropriate. This is not a solicitation, and the Government is not obligated or otherwise bound to procure these items. Small-business vendors who can supply all items in the Bill of Materials are invited to submit the following information via email to the designated Contract Specialist: 1. NAICS Code (as it pertains to this procurement 2. CAGE Code 3. Preliminary, non-binding pricing for the listed items (for market research purposes only) 4. Your estimated lead time after receipt of order (items will be shipped to Santa Rita, Guam). This announcement is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). No contract will be awarded from this notice, and the Government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding.
