The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis ELMA (DUNS 807547740, CAGE Code 76096) of 44350 S. Line Items No.: 0001 Description: ELMA Rugged 12R2 7U TNP Chassis, 12R2ZZZM7NIXXNWN-TNP3, (Windows 10) Model #/Part #: CAI000317 Government Minimum Requirements: Ruggedized to replicate shipboard assets in the fleet for testing requirements Redundancy required to maintain power to ensure uninterrupted operations Chassis must exactly match the model number provided. Quantity: 2 Price/Unit: $91,640 each The Government intends to negotiate solely with ELMA under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.
