Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Cloud9 Software Service LLC. under the authority of FAR 13.106?1(b) due to only one source being reasonably available to meet the Government's needs.
