The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific intends to issue a Request for Proposal for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Systems and Information Operations support from Seabed to Space. The contractor will provide comprehensive technical support services, including algorithm development, hardware and software work, systems engineering, logistics, and sustainment. Contract performance may occur throughout the world, including onboard afloat vessels, in port, or at sea alongside coalition partners. The procurement anticipates awarding multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contracts with a seven-year ordering period. The requirement will be competed on a full-and-open basis.
