NIWC Pacific intends to negotiate and award a commercial firm-fixed-price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to GEI Consultants for specialized laboratory analysis, field sampling support, and technical data reporting. The work covers Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS), 6PPD-quinone, trace metals, and mercury analytes, with a base year and two option years. The government considers GEI the only source capable of meeting the requirement under FAR 12.102. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the quality, accuracy, and reliability requirements. Responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
