The Department of the Navy intends to award a noncompetitive, firm-fixed-price purchase order to H3D, Inc. of Ann Arbor, Michigan, for the procurement of five specific Cadmium Zinc Telluride gamma-ray detector packages. The government plans to negotiate solely with H3D, Inc., but will consider submissions from other responsible sources.
