This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this Synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to MAPUSOFT. Requirement Information. The contractor will conduct automated ADA code to modern C++ conversion on Very Low Frequency (VLF) legacy waveform codebase. The Government intends to negotiate solely with MAPUSOFT under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, and the business size standard is 34.0 millions of Dollars.
