The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to H3D Incorporated. Entity ID KF7VYKHNEVN5, CAGE Code 6BW68, of 812 Avis DR, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108-9649, United States. This requirement is for one CZT Detection Module Package, MFG: H3D Inc. The Government intends to negotiate solely with H3D Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement.
