FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the Request for Quote will be made available upon request. The applicable NAICS Code is 334220 Radio and Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing. The size standard is 1,250 employees. All responses received by this date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
