This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Industrial Training International LLC (CAGE: 99YQ0) of 9428 Old Pacific Hwy; Woodland, Washington 98674-8415, United States. This requirement is for the following assets meeting the noted specification & capability requirements: MFR & Item Description QTY Industrial Training International LLC Unlimited Subscription by Simulation Station Crane Simulation Software Renewal –1 year 3 The Government intends to negotiate solely with Industrial Training International LLC under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. The applicable NAICS Code is 611519: Other Technical and Trade Schools - Exception 1, and the business size standard is $21M in annual receipts. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may be considered by the agency.
