This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this Synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Sunbelt Solomon. Requirement Information; NIWC will procure two (2) New Three Phase Pad Mount - 1500 KVA Transformer's The Government intends to negotiate solely with Sunbelt Solomon under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 335311, Power, Distribution and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing, and the business size standard is 800 (of employees) employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may inquire with the point of contact listed below.
