N6600124Q6352 Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source to ELMA. This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to ELMA (DUNS 807547740, CAGE Code 76096) of 44350 S.
